Energy Forecast - The New Era of Ease & Grace

Hi my amazing friend!

Once upon a time, not so long ago a group of Amazing Souls signed up to raise the consciousness of the planet. These Souls eagerly volunteered for this brave task, because they knew in order for the rapid raising of consciousness to take place as a collective on this Earth experience, they would have to first remember who they really were while in physical human form, where forgetting comes as a pre-requisite. After their personal remembering process took place, these Souls felt an inner pull to empower and remind others who they are for themselves, thus re-awakening the Divine spark within all of humanity.

Hanging Up the 'Warrior' Shoes

These brave Souls knew that because of the climate of the planet they entered at that time was still quite dense and heavy, they would have to endure many challenges in their physical experience in order to remember who they are and quickly raise the collective consciousness. Some of these challenges could have manifested in their lives as feeling alone, misunderstood, an uncomfortable home situations especially at a young age, their relationship with financial abundance, and being extremely sensitive to their environment.

Because these Souls knew they would have to overcome much adversity in their physical lives, they agreed to take on a great inner strength and warrior like identity that would ultimately allow them to break through the illusions and remember their personal truth once again so that they could serve to assist others in a Divine way. Many qualities of the warrior-like energy these Souls came to embody became very much about fighting for what is right and just, feeling the need to save and fix their environment and those around them, unconsciously taking on and internalizing the energies around them as if it was their own in order to transmute them to higher vibrations, creating an urgent almost dramatic call for those around them to awaken, and working extremely hard to expand emotionally, spiritually, mentally, financially, and in most areas of their lives. These Souls sacrificed a comfortable, easy, and graceful life with the intention of raising the consciousness of the planet without allowing room for anything less than a successful mission to be accomplished.

What a gift these Souls have been to the evolution of our planet! It's greatly because of their tireless dedication, consistency, and hard work to their own personal inner and global work these past many decades that we are now in a brand new space where many more people have awakened to their greatest self choosing to create a new world of unity, compassion, love, ultimate joy, and peace.

After the long arduous journey many of these Souls have chosen to experience, they have earned the gift of being able to hang up the 'warrior' shoes they've been wearing for lifetimes and finally experience long overdue ease and grace.

Choosing Ease & Grace

We have now collectively raised the consciousness of the planet to such soaring heights that the 'fighting' and 'saving' persona that many of us identified ourselves as being for so long have fully served their purpose and are no longer a prominent part of our conscious advancement as a collective. That is not to say that everyone will want to let go of their warrior identity as it has it's place in the collective. However, for those who are indeed exhausted by this way of life can now choose otherwise, because the Divine foundation has been anchored. There is just no turning back to the old paradigm of lack, struggle, and limitation.

Unless we are one that enjoys struggling and fighting in most areas of our lives in order to bring about change and transformation, we can now give ourselves full permission to release the warrior identity of having to make things harder than they really need to be, and step into the new vibration of ease, grace, comfort, abundance, and love that is emerging on the planet. This is what we've worked so hard to achieve, and now it's here for us to anchor ourselves in and enjoy fully.

If we are someone who finds ourselves still struggling and experiencing much difficulty in our life and are ready to let this struggle go, it could just be that we've unintentionally taken vows, oaths, and contracts with ourselves to remain that warrior we've known ourselves to be for so long. There could be some past life religious programming that we might be carrying having very much to do with taking on the role of the martyr. If we do feel we've taken on some of these obligations and programs, all that is asked of us is to 'choose' or 'intend' for them to be resolved, cleared, and released once and for all, from all time, space, lifetimes, and dimensions we've carried them. With this simple intention, we set things into motion so that those old patterns can begin to resolve quickly. We can then ease into the knowing that we are fully supported by the Universe in our decision as we choose to anchor in a beautiful life experience that unfolds with ease and grace. We are absolutely worthy and deserving of it, and no longer have to fight in the name of spirituality.

The Flowers are Blossoming

If we are someone who is quite sensitive to energy and are aligned with the flow of life, we've probably found ourselves feeling much lighter these past few weeks, especially in the heart space and in the mind. It seems as if something has lifted overnight: a new clarity has emerged and many are finding that things they used to let stress or concern them are no longer as big of a concern.

The attachments to specifics or that overwhelming 'need' for something outside ourselves to fulfill us is disappearing before our very own eyes. What an extraordinary space to be in, because it's when we are completely indifferent to the specifics (the how, when, where, what, who, why) that we create the ‘Most Miraculous Out-of -this World Life’ for ourselves. The length of time we are finding ourselves in this space is becoming longer, and soon enough it will be the norm for many. Indifference isn't to be mistaken for not caring, in fact, it's the opposite.

Because we are now entering this new space of being completely detached to the specific outcomes of what our lives 'should' look like or 'how' our manifestations need to appear, the seeds we've been planting for years are now beginning to blossom. Isn't it awe-inspiring how powerful our deliberate manifestations become when we become indifferent to the specifics? This really is one of the greatest concepts quantum physics has shown us, and when we are able to work with this concept we are gifted with the experience of instant transformation.

Changing Locations

On a personal level, many people are feeling a strong urge to change their geographical location at this time. If you are one who is feeling that pull to move, follow your inner guidance. This urge to shift locations is part of the support we are receiving from the Universe to move into that new vibration of ease and grace.

For so long, we've been placed in locations that need much healing. Through our presence alone, we were able to transmute and release much density in these locations. However, we've served our purpose in these locations. It's now time to play, relax, and enjoy life to the fullest. The new locations we are being drawn to will very much support this.

Reclaiming Our Authentic Power

The best gift we can give to the world during this time of personal and global transformation is choosing to be in our true authentic power in every moment of our lives. When we consciously step into our authentic power, we empower and inspire others to step into their power. This creates a rippling effect and raises the global consciousness to match this energy we've co-created of reclaiming our Divine Power.

This is exactly what we have been seeing for the past years and is physical proof that we are connected. Nation after nation are awakening and standing up against the outdated systems of control that are simply no longer accepted in this new age. For so long we felt helpless standing on the sidelines feeling like we could not do anything about it. Now, through self-empowerment we have empowered others, and everything we had been conditioned to accept and know to be true has completely been re-written, and that my friend is a beautiful thing.

The New World Emerges

Peace & blessings!

It is with fullest of hearts that I have the opportunity to connect with you once again and share the miraculous advancements forward we are co-creating together. We have a great deal of things to catch up on, so here we go.

In general, as we choose the path of expansion both personally and globally, we are always given the opportunity to do so in a way that is the most gentle on our physical, emotional, mental, and energetic bodies. Although it might not feel so gentle at times due to the natural resistance our minds might create as they adjusts to the energies of change, with a little conscious effort on our part to be more gentle with ourselves, our ability to move through the current changes becomes much easier.

Many of us who have chosen to embark on a journey of personal and spiritual expansion have come across many readings and messages that have provided us with a great deal of comfort, and some that might have rattled us a bit. (Just as a side note, if a reading or message ever makes us feel disempowered, disconnected, or fearful than it's safe to say that it is not operating from a place of authenticity and truth.) So, because of the great deal of shifts occurring right now in the world, it's important to always ask ourselves this simple question when reading or hearing any messages that may come from news outlets or spiritual forums: Is this message coming from a place of fear & separation or is this coming from a space of love & unity? This question makes it much easier to decipher through what readings actually raise our vibration and those that might hinder our expansion process.

No More Waiting

For a long time, we had only heard about the amazing times that would be manifesting in our lives as a future collective projection. Without a doubt, many of those future projections have now become our full blown present reality! No longer do we have to wait for signs and confirmations that our world is indeed moving into a new age of Oneness, it's actually happening right before our very own eyes. If we are someone who finds ourselves really attached to readings or teachings that make us feel any different because specific details in those readings have not come into fruition yet, I would invite us to be willing to release those attachments so that we can fully embrace the “present now moment” where the real miraculous transformations are happening daily.

The Significance of Egypt

Having grown up in the Middle East and experiencing first hand the density of that region, I have to say that what is transpiring right now in that part of the world is nothing short of miraculous, yet completely expected.

The recent peaceful demonstrations in Egypt facilitated by hundreds of thousands of people that came together as One people (putting all religion & politics aside) where able to overturn a corrupt regime that up until recently had instilled a great fear through violence and control on its people, which gave it great illusionary power. It is by no accident that the beginning of this new forward movement has started in Tunisia and Egypt. These regions energetically have held an extremely highly sacred vibration on our planet for thousands of years.

What the people of Egypt have shown us is that change can happen peacefully. Even when the Egyptian government began to resort to violence, the people of Egypt held their ground through peace. Another important gift they have given to the world is to inspire and motivate their sisters and brothers all over the world to unite together and make their voices heard that fear-based antics, greed, and control are no longer acceptable in our current modern day society.

Let Freedom Ring - A Precedent for The World

So, through the courage of the people of Egypt a domino effect is now fully underway in many different Middle Eastern countries and is spreading out all over the world. A clear message has been sent that freedom, love, and unity always prevail no matter how tough the road ahead seems. There is no turning back now and we will continue to witness the physical manifestation of this unity we've envisioned for so long in action.

The Divine Solar Flares

If we haven't already, we will soon begin to hear more talk in mainstream media outlets of the powerful solar flares entering our atmosphere. Much of it may be delivered in a manner with the intention of creating fear, however the truth is there is absolutely nothing to fear at all. In fact, the solar flares that are continuing to pour into our planet play an important role in our spiritual evolution.

What is the Sun? The sun is energy as everything is energy. This energy resonates at a certain frequency that manifests itself as a bright ball of light. When light enters the energy of matter, it aligns the vibration of that energy matter to match it. So, when the solar waves enter Earth, they align the energy of Earth and everything on Earth to match the vibration of the sun. Of course this happens in increments of what seems like thousands of years in linear time, so that this frequency match manifests gently. During the integration process, the Earth and we go through a cleansing process releasing all the energies that no longer serve our greatest good. Many have been highly aware of this process for years and are now riding on top of this wave as opposed to resisting it.

For the Earth, the solar activity can show up as physical shifting, purging, extraordinary weather patterns, etc... And for us, we experience the same on the physical, emotional, and mental levels. Our weather patterns could show up as tears, moodiness, instantaneous laughter, among some other common emotional reactions. The ultimate gift we are receiving from the current solar cycle is the ultimate awakening of our consciousness. This awakening is what is bringing us all together as “One People” moving us out of the illusionary beliefs of separation that any one gender, race, sexual orientation, and culture is better than the other.

The Wave of Unity Begins

So, here we are. We have arrived at the very beginning stages of the time we've all been anticipating, learning, and reading about for thousands of years. The time when a new conscious way of being and living would emerge. Welcome to the emergence of the new world.

Rearrangements

Happy New Year my amazing friend!

Where are we energetically right now? Many of us are currently in a major processing period as a direct result of the powerful two eclipses along with a few other astrological alignments we recently experienced. The energies are guiding us more than ever to be our most true authentic self. Outwardly, it may appear as if everything is still the same, however when we go inside ourselves we can clearly tap into one of the most intense shifts we've experienced in a long time.

Since the energies are vibrating so high, it's completely normal to feel a bit overwhelmed and emotional. The important thing is to accept and give ourselves full permission to experience all our emotions instead of resisting them. When we accept all our feelings and we recognize they are valid and as part of our life process, our emotions will naturally balance themselves out.

However, it's important to find a healthy outlet to release “the not so good feeling emotions” that might otherwise be projected towards others in a less than loving way. Some healthy forms of release could be exercising, dancing, being outside in nature, using a loud opera voice to express our emotions while we are in our car with the windows closed, going for a relaxing walk, laughing, taking long deep breaths, and meditating.

Rearrangements

In the next few weeks, many of us might continue to feel a deep rearrangement happening within ourselves. It's as if things are still lining up for our new beginnings that are set to manifest around February. As this rearrangement continues, a new peaceful energy will emerge. This energy will be very different than the jolting energies we've been experiencing for the past year. Some of us might already be sporadically experiencing this soft gentle energy in small increments, however soon this beautiful energy will be something we tap into much more frequently.

While we experience this inner and outer rearrangement, we might notice some old patterns come up we thought were resolved. For the most part, these patterns provide us with great feedback that clearly reveal where we are on our journey and if there is a bit more inner releasing to do on our part.

Distractions

Just as big breakthroughs are about to manifest, sometimes we unconsciously and even collectively create distractions for ourselves as a way of staying in our comfort zone. Since the mind always tries to keep us safe the best way it knows how, it usually resists any kind of change moving us out of our comfort zone. With this awareness alone, we can catch ourselves much more quickly especially if we find ourselves procrastinating, resisting the natural flow of life (i.e. worrying, over stressing. etc), or getting caught up in dramatic events. Once we are aware of what's going on, then it becomes much easier to move out of these distractions with the knowing that amazing breakthroughs are usually always on the other side.

New beginnings

Many new opportunities in areas of health, relationships, and creative satisfaction will manifest themselves as we move closer to February. For now, all we need to do is continue to follow the intuitive nudges we receive preparing us for the start of our new endeavors.

Community

Also emerging at this time is our deeper desire to connect with others who walk a conscious path. Although many of us have mastered and fully embrace the art of being by ourselves for the most part, we feel it's time to reconnect with others in way that contributes to the advancement of our planet as a whole. Many of us have desired this before, and maybe have taken small action steps towards making it happen, however we always seemed to get right back into our cocoon. This time, it will be different. These connections we are forming now with others are creating the solid foundation to anchoring in a united world as One people. That my friend, is very exciting!

The Compassionate Heart Awakens

Peace and blessings my beautiful friend,

As I connect with you today, I feel an overwhelming sense of Oneness, gratitude, and love in every fiber of my being. What a wondrous time to be alive! From an observer's perspective, the best way to describe what we are able to tap into at this time is similar to receiving an unconditional loving embrace from someone who holds a very special place in our heart. The kind of loving embrace that makes our heart skip a bit with excitement. The kind of loving embrace that provides us with a deep comfort which allows us to put down our armor as we reveal our truest self without hesitation. The kind of loving embrace that melts away all worries revealing how trivial they really are in the grand picture.

As we glide into December, The Divine Feminine continues to light up every nook and crevice of our planet with It's Unconditional Love. This includes every cell of our physical and energetic being, especially the mind (brain) and heart space.

To add to this exciting news, something other worldly is happening this Winter Solstice on December 21st. At 3:17 am EST, a total Lunar Eclipse will magnify the energies of the Divine Feminine to soaring heights to the likes of which only the ancient times have been blessed enough to experience. The combination of the total Lunar Eclipse and this Winter Solstice will usher in even more palpable changes we have anticipated would manifest. As the Divine Feminine continues to integrate with our core being and secures a prominent place in our lives, we will begin to notice many shifts.

Personally, we may notice a change in our breathing pattern so that we are taking deeper and fuller breathes. We might also notice some movement in our heart space similar to what might feel like heart palpitations. We may find ourselves a bit more emotional than usual, where in one instant we find ourselves crying for no apparent reason to another moment where we are bursting out with euphoric laughter. If you are feeling a bit heavy in the head (i.e. headaches) lower back, or shoulder area, ask your Higher Self to release any and all vows, oaths, contracts, and obligations that you have made with yourself to carrying the burden of the world and your ancestors on your shoulders. As a whole, our consciousness has evolved enough so that we no longer have to carry these burdens with us in order to transmute them and usher in a higher way of being and living. We can usher in the 'New World' with ease, grace, and comfort without playing the role of the martyr anymore.

Also at this time, our dreams are becoming more vivid sometimes seeming as real as our waking state. Even those of us who have been unable to remember our dreams will find ourselves remembering them. We might notice the people and events occurring in our dream state running parallel with our conscious waking life experience. Furthermore, we might find ourselves experiencing the phenomena known as Déja Vu much more often now, which just serves as more confirmation that we are exactly where we need to be.

Globally, the Divine Feminine will continue to guide us towards a more transparent world where we are easily able to operate authentically with respect for all life. Anything still operating covertly with intentions that are not aligned with the greater good, will simply be unable to move forward in the same way it once was able to.

The Compassionate Heart Awakens

As the Divine Feminine energy quotient continues to amplify in our collective consciousness, so too will the compassionate in our hearts.

True compassion gives us the opportunity to love the way the Universe loves. Compassion is when we are able to love ourselves and others from a sacred space of deep inner knowing that we are all Divine Spiritual Goddess/God Beings in Physical Form. With compassion, we are able to maintain this expanded awareness as we love even when others are unable to recognize it in themselves.

Compassion is not to be confused with sympathy. When we sympathize with others, we are usually lowering our vibration so that we can feel into whatever experience they are going through. Many of us who are naturally empathetic understand this concept all too well. As an empath, many of us have a tendency to want to save and help everyone we meet. This is a wonderful quality, however most empaths end up taking on the dense energies they are trying to unburden others of for themselves. Then what usually happens is the other person feels much better while we as the empath feel drained and much worse. That is why it's very important as an empath to operate from a space of compassion rather than sympathy when assisting others so they are empowered into a higher paradigm of Unconditional Love.

Compassion always begins with the self. When we become committed to fully loving and accepting ourselves first, we are able whole heartedly anchor more Divine love and compassion for the world around us.

Understanding

With compassion comes understanding. Through understanding we are able to recognize that everything and everyone is exactly where they need to be on their journey. We no longer have the need to convince or control others into experiencing the same journey as ours. Understanding gifts us with the opportunity to honor every person's journey even if that journey appears different than ours. When we choose to operate from a space of understanding, we are able to see the beauty and value in the perspective of all life.

The Great Cosmic Balance Begins

Hi my amazing friend,

We have now collectively arrived to a monumental point of cosmic balance that is changing the landscape of how we co-create and live as a society forever. It is because of our continued willingness, effort, and dedication to doing our inner-work that such transformation is manifesting so quickly. The personal and global breakthroughs we are now co-creating is a cause for celebration!

Many of us have come to the understanding that if we want change to happen externally, we must start by going within ourselves first. Millions have now reached the awareness that each one of us IS in fact that Omni Universal Source/Creator Energy expressing more of its Divinity in physical form, literally meaning we are the micro of the macro. Wow, could it really be? Could it be that what we have been searching for has been us all along? Yes, yes, yes! It IS us, it has always been us, even though for so very long we were conditioned to believe otherwise!

Although many have yet to feel comfortable with the concept that we ARE all Source Energy, due to old out-dated fear based programming, they too will soon come to a similar realization. When this revelation becomes an innate knowing within a person, that's when the veil lifts and a new world is birthed. With the knowledge that we are all indeed Divine Source Energy, it becomes much easier to understand that we have the power to change the world by going within ourselves. We also no longer feel obligated to 'fight' to 'make' change happen.

The Great Cosmic Balance Begins
We are now experiencing a great cosmic balance between the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine.

For millennia we have experienced a prominent patriarchal society, which through the forgetfulness of our Divinity manifested itself as a world with a heavy focus on control and fear. This is not what the true energy of the Divine Masculine represents. The patriarchal society we've lived in for so long is a manifestation of the forgetting process we chose to experience. Many of us now know that even though we chose to forget and experience the illusion of separation, our Soul would always remember and would lead us back to our original Divine Blueprint of the fully awakened beings we've always been.

The great cosmic balance between the Divine Feminine and Masculine is showing up in extraordinary ways. The most obvious manifestation is that any system or way of being still motivated by greed, control, or fear simply is unable to survive in our current progressive climate.

A great balance between Eastern/Western philosophy, the heart/mind, and science/spirituality are taking center stage, and are becoming a major focus in our consciousness. It will become even easier to see the shifting of balance in these areas, especially evident from now until March 2011.

The Divine Feminine is gently opening our heart and higher heart. Her growing presence is strengthening our ability to feel, trust, nurture, love, and connect with our intuition. Our intuition is the way our spirit (truest self) communicates with us. When we are following our intuition, we move back into the powerful Creators that we have always been, where nothing can ever hurt or harm us in anyway.

Intuition is not to be mistaken with Instinct. Instinct, although beneficial at times, is more about survival. If we are always in survival mode (for the most part motivated by a pattern of fear or lack), we usually feel a disconnection to the Source Energy inside and all around us. Being in survival mode at all times also puts a great deal of stress on the emotional and physical body, which leads to an imbalance in a person's state of wellbeing. That’s why meditation, breathing, creativity, music, and relaxation among many other processes are so important at this time, because strengthen the connection with our intuition and restore balance within our core being. Allowing ourselves to consistently be guided by our intuition ultimately means we are operating as Co-creators.

On a personal level, if you notice some old emotions come up to the surface during this time, there's no need to analyze or judge what's going on. In fact, I would invite you to be grateful that every last drop of energy that no longer serves your greatest good is coming up to the surface to be released. All we have to do is allow the process to unfold on its own. Most of the processing happens during our sleep state, so you'll probably notice your dreams are more vivid. Any other lessons we were meant to learn from any imbalances we personally and globally chose to experience are all being learned at lightning speed. No more dallying, we have a New Earth Consciousness to ground in and experience!

Oneness

The balance entering our mass consciousness at this time is creating a solid foundation for the energy of Oneness to flourish as the default setting of our world. From this new yet eternal space of Oneness, creating the greatest vision of our individual and collective lives will become a joyous, easy, and miraculous daily experience: Many are already there. They have been holding the sacred space of Oneness for the world to step into for decades.

The Great Cosmic Balance has begun. The time is now.

Letting Go and Letting Love

Hi my extraordinary friends,

Have you ever seen those movies with epic farewell scenes where we see the star of the film depart on some form of grand transportation such as a ship, train, or plane that we know is about to take them to an adventure like nothing they've ever experienced before? As the stars nostalgically gaze out one last time to the place they've called home for so long, we sense the mixed emotions of excitement and heavy-heartedness they feel as they reflect back and say goodbye to a world they've known for so long. What we are experiencing right now is very similar to these epic farewell scenes.

What are we saying farewell to?

In the month of October, we will internally be guided to tie up the loose ends in our lives that still need resolution and closure. Whether it's mending a strained relationship, paying off old debts, and releasing the out-dated fears, worries, stresses, doubts, grudges, judgments, guilt, and any other similar illusions we've bought into and internalized for so long, now is the time to make the effort to resolve them and move into vibrations aligned with the current positive flow of the Universe. If we are struggling with how to move out of these energies, it's important to allow ourselves to be present and still enough to clearly hear the guidance we receive from our intuition. We can do this by going inside ourselves, rather than always looking outside for the answers. Our intuition is one of the greatest gifts we've been given, and always steers us towards a life filled with ultimate joy, love, and fulfillment.

By now, most of us have noticed that everything around and within us is rapidly changing. A few months ago, I mentioned that we would soon begin to hear about scientific breakthroughs, and that we would also begin to see a collapse of the old worn out structures and systems still focused on promoting the energy of fear, separation, and limitation. This is exactly what we are presently witnessing happen all around us.

In September (although it has been common knowledge behind the scenes for many years now) it was released that a 'new' planet has been 'discovered' which scientists named the Goldilocks planet. The planet was given this name because it appears to have the perfect environment to support and promote the existence of life similar to planet Earth. This might seem like old news to many who have been on a conscious path. However, the fact that science is quickly finding and supporting the same Quantum Concepts many of us have known to be true for so long, and sharing them through mainstream global media outlets is something to celebrate! These new discoveries along with the continued clearing process happening all over the planet are a direct result of the rapidly raising consciousness on our planet.

Of course when old out-dated systems collapse and a brand new world emerges, the first instinct of many is to panic as they move into survival and holding on for dear life mode. For many people, that is exactly where they are right now, especially those still carrying heavy fear-based religious programming. Until a person is ready, they will remain in this space until they receive the blessings and lessons they were meant to learn from the experience. Once the lessons are learned, the person will move into the next part of the evolutionary process which involves surrendering all the misconceptions and fear based thought patterns they bought into for so long. When we can truly move into a space of surrender, we ease into the knowing that life is for us not against us, and anything that made us believe otherwise slowly begins to dissolve.

Right now, within people all around the world we are seeing a great deal of turbulence, anger, and separation. We're seeing all of these energies come to the surface as part of the clearing process. This is more than understandable since what many people have come to know to be their reality for so long is quickly dissipating. It's like lifting the rug from underneath someone. Again this is all just temporary due the powerful influx of energies that have been anchoring into our planet and raising our vibration as a whole over the past few decades. Instead of buying into the fear that is being projected all around us, know that when change occurs it's natural that many are shaken out of their comfort levels and no longer feel safe in the old patterns they once new. So, with this understanding, we can have more compassion towards those experiencing this turbulence in their lives right now, trusting that they are exactly where they need to be on their journey. In fact, it gives us great confirmation that we are indeed moving through a massive shift in consciousness. Do you remember when you first started your journey into becoming more conscious? It took time for you to integrate and progress into the awareness that you have today. This is the same thing others need to also go through and figure out on their own, and that's why we will lovingly be here for them through the process.

With each passing day, we are remembering more and more of who we are and what we are here to experience. We are coming to the full understanding that we are here to experience more of our truest self, a being of ultimate love and joy in physical form here to create and experience more of our true selves, and this realization takes a bit getting used to.

The love quotient magnifies!

“Love” is who we've always been and who we'll always be. It's that Life Force Energy that moves through the trees, the planets, stars, animals, you, me, everything! Love knows no condition, limitation, and has no personality, it just is.

In the month of October, the love quotient on earth will drastically begin to magnify as it carries away the remaining remnants of the dense fog-like energies we've experienced over the past year. Much of this is a result of the diligent personal inner-work and the holding of a sacred unconditional loving space that many people around the world (Loveworkers/ Lightworkers) have been doing for decades. What once began with a small group of people holding this space of love for the masses with the intention for everyone to eventually step into, has now escaladed to the physical manifestation of millions of people around the world coming together as a united society. Have you noticed how there is no tolerance for discrimination of gender, race, culture, and sexual orientation any more the way it used to be? It's pretty miraculous to witness this coming together of all walks of life with the common desire to love and respect one another as we have always meant to do.

As the love quotient magnifies within and all around us, it's normal to experience feelings of emptiness, sadness, heart palpitations, or grief for no apparent reason as part of the releasing process. Soon enough, those energies will become distant
The trains, ships, and planes taking us on our next adventure are officially underway full speed ahead, and soon enough we will arrive in our brand new destinations where love, joy, and miracles can come out and play full time with no more distractions!

The Fog Clears

Hi my beautiful friend,

I'm so excited to connect with you as we have a great deal to catch up on! Are you noticing the textures, colors, sights, and sounds around you? Does something seem different about it all, as though you are in a completely foreign place, even though geographically everything still looks the same?

Something amazing is happening right now that can best be described as a lifting of dense fog-like energy that has been with many of us (especially those who have been on a diligent path of self-expansion and self-awareness) for years. Although this fog has been quite draining for many, it too has provided us with many gifts and blessings that have brought us to a higher state of consciousness and understanding.

During this fog-like dream, on occasion we were given the opportunity to experience a few bright sunshine-filled days where everything seemed to align Divinely, allowing us to catch a few glimpses of the bliss awaiting us in the near times ahead. Days like these re-ignited just enough motivation and faith within us to continue focusing on our personal expansion and progressive movement forward. The exciting thing about where we are at now energetically is that the fog-like dream is quickly dissolving and the sunshine-filled days will soon be taking center stage full time.

During the Summer (Winter in the Southern Hemisphere), many of us started receiving clearer insights and ideas to the progressive direction we are heading in personally and globally, and began to set our intentions as we planted the seeds to the next chapters of our lives. In these coming months, our intentions will rapidly begin to manifest into physical form, showing up in our daily lives as though out of thin air. It's important to continue being mindful of all the opportunities and synchronicities that continually present themselves to us, no matter how small or large they seem. One of the most prominent manifestations we'll see in the coming year is the coming together of millions of people from all walks of life, religions, and cultures with the intention to create a more peaceful world as we put aside our differences.

At this point, many of us have realized that our transformation process has massively been upgraded literally rocking each one of us to the core, clearing every last drop of disillusionment and anything else keeping us from embodying our most authentic selves. Have you noticed how difficult it is to be anything other than your most authentic self at this time? If you are someone who is still experiencing a great deal of difficulty in your life, just use that as feedback to see if you are allowing the most authentic part of yourself to be expressed fully. For the most part, when we reflect back at who we were being at the beginning of this year and who we are being right now, we will immediately notice how far we've really come and how much we've grown and transformed.

In these few months leading up to the new year, we will find ourselves experiencing more comfort and ease in our transformation process. A sense of peace, calm, and balance will become more prominent in our daily experience, far different than the crazy roller-coaster ride we've experienced pretty much since the beginning of the year. This is a wonderful time to make it our priority to do what brings us the most joy, because frankly we deserve it as it's long overdue! Taking some time to relax and rest as we enjoy ourselves, our loved ones, and our surroundings will gracefully glide us into the next magical chapter of our lives! Till next time,

Energy Forecast - "Grounding it all in!"

Hi my miraculous friend,

Are you sensing the electricity in the air? Many of us have been processing some profound inner transformation due to all the extraordinary celestial happenings this summer which included two eclipses, quite a few powerful astrological alignments, the summer solstice, and of course the abundance of solar flares that have poured into our atmosphere and continue to do so.

For many of us, this powerful combination of events has served to peel off even the deepest layers that have been preventing us from being our most authentic self. With all these layers being cleared away so fast, it's absolutely normal that many of us might feel burnt out with almost no energy left, maybe even feeling like we've been put through the ringer.

Although many of us are still processing through this heavy releasing phase for the next few weeks, we are now moving into the next chapter of our lives which is all about anchoring and grounding into physical form, the manifestation of all the inner-work we've faithfully done on ourselves over the past few years. This inner-work has served to remind us of who we really are and what our lives are really about, which is to experience Ultimate Joy and to reconnect with our Truest Divine Nature.

Prior to entering this physical experience, we knew that we would go through all the challenges of forgetting who we really were, so that we can evolve and remember who we have always known ourselves to be on a deeper level, Divine Beautiful Spiritual Beings of Love, experiencing more of ourselves in physical form.

Grounding it all in:

Right now, we are in a time of major grounding. Grounding moves us into the present moment, which transcends all time and space and reconnects us to our core essence. With this awareness, that getting fully present allows us to transcend time, we can easily manifest into physical form our deepest and truest desires with ease and grace. Some amazing ways to ground at this time are to connect with nature by sitting in the grass, placing our feet in the soil of Mother Earth, and feeling the warmth of the sun on our skin. Getting fully present in our five senses, being grateful, and being of service are also extraordinary ways to ground.

Recognizing the freedom in grounding:

For many, the idea of grounding may feel a bit constricting, because of the misconception that grounding means we have to be fixed or inflexible in some way. Because of this, especially in many of the spiritual communities, there tends to be a strong focus on looking outside one's self for some thing to save us, almost like an escape. What this does, is move us out of our power and into victim consciousness.

When we recognize the value and importance of grounding by getting present through sacred processes such as gratitude, connecting with nature, being of service to ourselves and others, among many other things we can do, we begin to understand how much of a gift our lives are, and how privileged each of us are to be here on this planet during this unprecedented, and historic time. We begin to recognize how miraculous it is that we get to experience our five senses through our gifts of sight, sound, taste, smell, and touch; things that many of us might be taking for granted. When we recognize what grounding really means, then we understand that grounding leads to freedom which ultimately moves us back into our Divine Power.

As we continue to release the layers that no longer serve us personally, we also do the same globally. There has been and will continue to be a great deal of distraction through media outlets to 'keep us busy' from doing our inner-work, however if we focus on our grounding, we naturally disconnect ourselves from buying into the distractions preventing us from stepping into our Greatest Most Divine Selves. And if for some reason, we do find our selves buying into the distractions, we can use this time as a wonderful opportunity to send Unconditional Love back to all the distractions being shared with us through the media outlets.

With an open heart comes an open mind, where a world of beauty, joy, and miracles can play in their full glory. This is the direction we are already moving in, and together we are quickly birthing a Divine Miraculous New World into physical form full steam ahead!

Hi my extraordinary friend! Has feeling unmotivated these past few months been a common theme in your life? Many of us have probably not felt like our self at all lately! If you have been experiencing this, not to worry as it has merely been a physical manifestation of the major energetic processing we've been experiencing on the cellular level from all the astrological alignments and solar energy waves we have been receiving pretty much on a daily basis!

Although all these alignments are exciting and are vastly moving us forward as a united people, it can get a bit wearing on the body, mind, and psyche. When we are feeling tired physically and emotionally, it's our body and mind's way of reminding us that they need to relax, so that we can integrate with the energy shifts and rejuvenate to an even more optimum state than before! Isn't it just amazing how divinely intelligent our bodies really are? If we step back for a moment and just observe, it's absolutely miraculous!

So, where are we in this now moment? We are in a time where our deepest passions in the most creative, personal, spiritual, and even business oriented aspects of our lives are re-awakening and taking center stage again. If you are not feeling motivated yet, you will soon begin to feel like the fire within you has been lit. You will notice a great deal of the distractions you were experiencing these past few months quickly dissolve, clearing the way for you to start focusing on sharing and bringing your gifts into the world again, and this time it will feel even more graceful than before. If you are feeling that inner pull to take inspired an action, then it's very important to honor this nudge within you at this time! A great idea is to keep a journal near you at all times so that you can readily write down any inspired ideas and creative insights that will serve as a guide to anchoring the next chapter of your visions for your life!

During this time, we might also notice in our lives and in the lives of those around us that many chapters that needed resolution and closure will happen. This closure could manifest in areas of relationships, career, sending a child off to school, cleaning and simplifying our physical space, and finally healing physical and/or emotional ailments that until now just weren't ready to let go. With these chapters of our lives receiving closure, other brand new and exciting chapters begin.

On a global level, watch for a progressive shift in the world's monetary system in the next few months, one that I know many of us have been sensing and waiting to manifest for quite some time. Just know that with these changes, a new more integrity-based system will soon follow. It's very important at this time for each one of us to go within, breathe, and quiet ourselves from the outside world (news, gossip, dramatic TV programs) as these are just forms of distractions that prolong what we know is the eminent emergence of the new peaceful and heart-centered world. When we turn off the outside noise as much as possible, we quickly align back with the highest and most gentle path for us, which makes life a much more joyous and miraculous experience.

Remember that as we are processing all the current influx of energies, deeply rooted wounds and belief systems that no longer serve us will come up to the surface to be released. Sometimes these seeming obstacles or issues seem so real we begin to identify with them, maybe even thinking all the inner work we've done on ourselves hasn't paid off, however I want to invite you to look at these seeming challenges as blessings when they arise within you, because now you know that this only means they are ready to be released once and for all. An important part of this process is to be willing to give yourself permission to let these energies go. It's in the instant recognition of this releasing process that we free ourselves completely of all that no longer serves us, and moves us back into the awareness that we are each a physical manifestation of Unconditional Love!

A Divine Turning Point

Hi my extraordinary friend, How amazingly intense where the few weeks leading up to the June 21st Solstice and June 26th lunar eclipse? After the lunar eclipse, much of the intensity began to lift and many of us started to feel a sense of connection again to our core essence after feeling so disconnected for what seemed to be a good amount of time!

Right now, we are in a major lesson learning and cleansing period before the next big personal and planetary transformations continue after the solar eclipse on July 11th. During this current window between the two eclipses, we are receiving celestial energy waves that are instantly teaching us the positive lessons and gifts we’ve spent lifetimes trying to learn around every limiting pattern that has prevented us from expanding into our greatest and most Divine Selves.

The exciting thing is that all these energy waves are being anchored on the deepest core molecular and subconscious levels for every living being on the planet, even those who are unaware of what’s going on at this time. With these life times of lessons being learned so quickly now, we will no longer remain in the holding patterns that have kept us in the same fears, struggles, and challenges we experienced for millennia.

This is BIG! This means the rate people awaken to remembering their greatest most Divine Selves will now multiply at lightning speed! And when we awaken to our greatest most Divine Self, we naturally begin to recognize and honor the divinity in others. Wow, imagine what our society will be like when love, peace, respect, and unity become the most common part of every day life. Well my amazing friends, it IS happening and there is absolutely no denying it at this point, even if the current cleansing period seems to appear a bit challenging and convincing, it’s all just a part of the Divine Process. Since it’s all happening naturally, all we need to do is ‘allow’ the process to unfold.

Right now is an excellent time to re-evaluate how well we have been taking care of ourselves physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. It is absolutely imperative that we make it our number one priority to nurture and love ourselves deeper than ever before, as this will allow us to show up in the world feeling completely satisfied and whole. When we operate from this space, we begin to contribute so much more to raising the vibration of our planet by just showing up and being ourselves.

As we continue receiving many powerful celestial energy waves that are shifting us personally and globally on a daily basis, it is completely normal to experience some physical or emotional shifting as well. If you are experiencing digestive issues, headaches, feeling tired, are more emotional than usual, a shift in appetite and sleeping patterns, sensitivity to foods you usually eat, and lots of crying and/or sudden bursts of laughter, it’s normal and all will balance itself out, as long as we are eating nutritious foods, drinking plenty of water, and taking time to deeply nurture ourselves.

We are fully in the miraculous times we’ve dreamed about! It’s here and now, no longer just a future idea, and I am so deeply grateful for the opportunity to share this journey with every single one of you!

Hello my incredible friend!

What monumental times we are living in! May 27th, 2010 marked a pivotal astrological occurrence where the planet Uranus (which represents huge breakthroughs and quick massive change) moved out of the tender energies of Pisces where it has been for 7 years, and into the powerful and fiery energies of Aries. What does this mean? Along with a few other important astrological alignments that have recently occurred, May 27th marked a major turning point in excelling our personal and global transformation process to the likes of which we as a society have not seen or experienced in a very long time. Many of those who have been doing their inner-work literally felt or will feel a lightness in their core being that they haven't felt for years. Also, in the coming months we will feel more energetic physically than we have in a long time, similar to what happens when a car battery is jump started by a jumper cable! Feelings of overwhelming love, gratitude, and compassion for all life will start to become the norm for many who have continually set the intention to align with the current Universal Flow.

For those who are just beginning to awaken to the energetic shift in consciousness that has been going on for many years, their awareness will expand at lightning speed which could leave one feeling a bit discombobulated at times. The exciting news is that there are so many people who have already tirelessly gone through this expansion process basically 'volunteering' (consciously or unconsciously) to transmute the dense energies for the rest of humanity, and are now able to hold a high vibrational space to assist those who have newly awakened, making the process a much easier one for those who are new. Every person on the planet will continue to rapidly expand and open to their greatest selves, to new ideas, insights, and concepts that they had never experienced, thought about, or necessarily believed could be possible prior. Those who find themselves resisting the natural progression and change that is occurring all around us will continue to have a difficult time until they are willing and ready to move out of the old concepts and ways of living that have prevented them from living authentically. We can see this happening on a global scale with the world financial systems no longer working, the big oil companies crumbling, and the complete dismantling of any other systems based on separation or fear-based tactics. These energies are no longer needed anymore! We thank them and bless them for all the valuable lessons they have taught us, however we are ready now to move into concepts and ways of living that support unity! We will see major personal and global transformation happen now at warp speed! From now on, especially in the next few summer months, it will become very easy to recognize the shifts happening all around us, and yes, even those who might not have noticed it yet will take notice!

On a personal level for the past few months many of us have been experiencing some progressive movement forward in areas of spiritual expansion, career, health, relationships, personal fulfillment, etc... yet we were still in what seemed to be a holding pattern. We were given these months to gently release and resolve deeply rooted issues that no longer aligned with our most authentic selves. Well, that slow dragged out period is coming to an end, and rapid transformation will become the common theme. This is an excellent time to see where we can become more flexible in our lives, and where we can let go of rigidity. Also, manifesting will become almost instant at this time, as many of us have already come to experience. When manifesting, it's important to set our intentions and release all attachments and expectations we might have around 'how' and 'what' we think our manifestations should look like. This will open ourselves up to even more incredible experiences and manifestations than we thought possible.

On a global level we will continue to see people come together for the greatest common good for humanity. It's no longer going to be an 'us' vs. 'them' mentality but more of a 'we' based society. I know for some this seems very hard to believe, because of all the dramatic and fear-based happenings the media outlets try to distract us with on a daily basis. Just know that everything is playing its part out perfectly and all of what 'seems' to be happening around us is just the final part of the cleansing process. A great tool we can use to speed this process up is to forgive ourselves, others, our past, and anything else we feel still needs forgiving. Much focus in the coming months will be on transmuting the most dense locations on the planet to become higher vibrational regions. We've already experienced this in Haiti, Iceland, Chile, Indonesia, Mexico, and China. Also, watch for new transformational technologies that will begin to make their way into the main stream.

If there is anything I would say we could do at this time, it's to be in our hearts. Let's open our hearts and send love to everything, even to all global or personal situations that we might not necessarily resonate with. Let's ease into the knowing that we are fully supported, adored, and loved by the Universe and that will never change remembering fully that these highly welcomed transformations ARE what we have been waiting for!

Surrender Mode

Peace and Blessings!

Are you feeling massively shifted? It is incredible at how fast we are transforming now personally & globally on a daily basis! The theme these past few weeks has been all about surrendering what no longer serves our greatest good to depths we've never experienced before. Even those who have been on an awakened path for a long time are finding themselves surrender deeper than ever before. What are we surrendering exactly? We are transcending every last part our small self, the victim, the part of us that continues to live in the past, and the story we no longer wish to recreate. This process is absolutely necessary in order for us to fully step back into our highest most Divine selves. This process can feel quite uncomfortable at times, so it's very important to consciously designate time to love & nurture ourselves on the physical, emotional, mental, and soul level to allow the surrendering process be a much smoother experience. If you are feeling empty, isolated, tired, irritated, or as if you are in a void, know that you are not alone, and that this is a normal part of the process which will pass soon.

Another major theme that is occurring right now for many of us is that an overwhelming amount of doors are opening up left and right in areas of personal expansion, relationships, and our careers. It's almost as if we have no clue where to begin or which door to walk through because so many options are presenting themselves to us! This can make the energies around us feel almost chaotic leading many of us to shut down. If we are finding ourselves caught up in hectic energy, take some time to pause and connect with nature. Getting caught up in the seeming chaos can prevent us from seeing the doors that have opened all around us. If you are feeling overwhelmed at this time, simply be willing to surrender to the flow of life and trust that the Universe will take care of everything. As we continue the surrendering process, a feeling of lightness will begin to wash over our auric field and energetic space. For many people, this feeling of lightness already started on May 1st, and will continue to magnify in these coming days and weeks ahead. As things start to lift for us these next few weeks, we will find ourselves more in the energies of fun, laughter, and play. It's similar to when a person goes through a detox program. At first, they might feel a bit uncomfortable as what needs to leave their body moves out, however once all the impurities are released, the person is left feeling better than ever!

How have the current energy shifts been affecting us globally these past few weeks? The volcanic eruption in Iceland alone has catapulted a major awakening and raising in mass consciousness on the soul-ular level, to the point where we actually have taken another quantum leap forward in the direction of living in a heart-centered society. How can we be so sure this is happening? Just take a step back and notice at what's going on with the millions of people waking up and coming together to end anything that causes division and fear. The energies of fear and separation can no longer survive in our current energy climate. A great example of people coming together to end division and fear tactics is happening in the United States right now, after the state of Arizona decided to sign a controversial immigration bill that is not in alignment with the New Earth energies, however we can thank this experience for playing a large part in bringing more people together from all walks of life to promote unity which is what New Earth is all about. Also, the major oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico has exposed much of the questionable actions of the oil companies, re-affirming that our priority is to focus on taking care of our earth with clean energy based products that are safe and helpful to our environment.

As we enter these next few months, the theme of personal and global transformation will reach soaring new heights, to likes of which we haven't seen or experienced in a very long time. Get ready to be introduced to some amazing new technologies and concepts that will continue to bring us all closer together, while at the same time allowing the false illusions we created as a once sleeping society to melt away. How exciting!

The BIG change continues!

Wow, what a ride we have been on these past few weeks! In the last Energy Forecast titled "It's Go Time," spoke all about big forward movement and things 'clicking into place' for those who have set the intention to do the inner work it takes to align with their most authentic selves. Also, in the previous forecast I mentioned that anyone or anything that was operating covertly without integrity will have a very difficult time keeping things hidden for much longer, especially with the current influx of energies entering our consciousness.

So let's take a quick glance back at what happened globally in these past few weeks. A very bold initiative was taken by the U.S. government in passing health care, a sector of the Catholic Church has been 'guided' to finally be open and honest with the world, a big global campaign focused on feeding our children healthy and nutritious foods has jump started into full gear bringing awareness to even the most remote and unexpected areas, a major global summit was held with the top 49 countries officially agreeing to begin the process of dismantling all nuclear arms, and three more earth movements occurred in Mexico, Indonesia, and just recently China. What a few weeks it has been, and there's much more transformation ahead. Although some of this might seem overwhelming and maybe even a little scary at times, there is no need to worry as it's all part of a Divine process anchoring the new heart-centered way of living as a whole and united planet.

With change and uncertainty comes an increased feeling of vulnerability. Giving ourselves full permission to be vulnerable at times allows us to experience growth and expansion farther than we could have ever imagined. Although being vulnerable is not something most people want to experience, it's at our most vulnerable where some of the deepest and most lasting positive transformation manifests. It's important to be extra gentle and easy on ourselves at this time.

So where are we now? We will continue moving forward as great change continues to be the current theme. Last week, Pluto (a planet all about profound transformation and change) went in to retrograde, which gives us a great opportunity to anchor deep lasting transformations into our physical experience. For those who have a hard time embracing change and transformation, I invite you to let go of the resistance you might have around it, and the need to always be in control. This will provide you with a much more pleasant experience when it comes to moving through the current changes. If you're having a really difficult time right now, you can also ask yourself what is it that I'm resisting or not able to let go of? You will receive your answer whether it be in the moment you ask or in the following few hours, days, etc... so it's important to pay attention to how the messages show up for you. Mercury (a planet all about communication and logic) also goes in retrograde from April 17th until May 11th giving us a great opportunity to look at how we are showing up and being in the world. This time is also a great opportunity for healing and releasing the blocks we might still be carrying around being our most authentic selves and our ability to communicate with others in a positive way.

As the solar flares continue to pour into our atmosphere, we will receive waves of energy that open up our energetic heart center. As our hearts expand, we will begin to release old memories, wounds, grief, sadness, pain, imprints, heaviness, and traumas that we've carried in our hearts for so long. If you have sudden bursts of laughter, moodiness, and/or crying just know that it's all part of the current process, and the energies are doing what they need to. Also, you might find yourself restless and wanting to transition into a new job or geographical location. I would say, before making any quick decisions, allow yourself to marinate on what feels the most joyous to you, and then take action. As we continue to expand our energetic hearts in these coming weeks and months ahead, it will become much easier for us to operate with compassion for everything and everyone around us. We will also begin to feel lighter and more free physically, mentally, and emotionally, while our capacity to share and experience unconditional love will greatly magnify.

The change we have been waiting for is now in full force, so I invite you to turn on your favorite party music and celebrate!

It's 'GO' Time!

Hello my miraculous friend!

Can you feel the energy of excitement in the air? We are officially now in 'GO' mode as we enter the equinox, especially since Mars went direct several days ago after being in retrograde for over three months. These past few months have been such a blessing in that they gave us the opportunity to pause and reflect within ourselves, releasing all of the old illusions and blocks we identified with that no longer serve us as we move forward. Although at times it didn't feel comfortable, if we take a look back, we notice that in these past months a massive expansion occurred within us emotionally, mentally, & spiritually, more so than ever before. We were literally pushed to our limits (core level) it seems in order for the most authentic aspect of ourselves to emerge.

The theme now is all about gigantic movement forward. For those who have been doing their inner-work, get ready for what you've been envisioning and working towards to start showing up in your life experience. Everything will seem to 'click' in place while many wonderful opportunities will present themselves to you, some completely out of the blue and unexpected, so it's important to remain present and aware enough to recognize them as they are happening. With this big thrust forward and the downloading of solar flares (light from the sun that comes into earth's atmosphere and raises its vibration) we will notice more people awaken to their authentic nature. These people will look to those who have long been on this awakened path for guidance, so those who work in areas of personal development, get ready for your services to be in high demand. For those who are still having a tough time, just take a deep breath and let the Universe relieve you of all burdens. If you continue to carry them, they will get heavier and heavier until you have no choice but to let them go. The sooner you are willing to release the doubts, worries, fears, sarcasm, resentments, negativity, false pretenses, etc... you have created, the quicker you will align yourself with the current miraculous flow of the Universe, opening yourself up to positive experiences beyond your wildest expectations.

How will this movement forward affect us globally? In the coming months, well-known figures, big businesses, systems, agendas, and industries that have been operating covertly without integrity will have a very difficult time keeping things hidden from the public any longer, especially with the current influx of energies. As things become more transparent, these old energies will begin to shift out making way for an abundance of new technologies and conscious businesses to emerge. We will also see a big advancement in the coming together of all walks of life with the intention to bring unity, tolerance, peace, and positive change to the world on a deeper level. Although at times things might seem a bit chaotic, trust that everything we are witnessing is a necessary part of the cleansing and integration process laying the foundations for the new earth love/unity matrix to emerge. Staying focused on compassion, respect, and love will greatly assist us in manifesting our most desired life experience at this time, with the full support of the Universe by our side. Hibernation time is over for now.

Buckle up your seat belts, it's going to be an exciting and extraordinary ride these next several months, especially this summer!

Energy Forecast - Waves of Light

Blessings my friend!

I wasn't expecting to write another energy forecast so soon, however we are currently in the middle of a huge powerful influx of light energies that are pouring into every cell and fiber of Earth, meaning every cell and fiber of our being whether we are aware of it or not. What this wave of light does is it stirs up and brings everything that no longer serves us to the surface. All worries, doubts, fears, anxieties, feelings of lack and separation, etc., are all being pulled out from our deepest core and literally are being washed away with this massive tide of light! During such a down pouring of light, the first stage might feel very uncomfortable resulting in moodiness, misunderstandings, crying more than normal, headaches, anxiety, periodic ringing in the ear, anticipation, anger, and so forth. Many might feel they have regressed back to their old ways of being, however there's no need to worry as this is absolutely a normal part of the process, and will only last for a short period of time until we have fully integrated with the current surge of light.

Personally, I have been experiencing a very strong pressure feeling in the head for several days. It doesn't feel like the usual headache, however it is very uncomfortable especially for someone who has not had a headache for 15 years! That's when I knew something major was going on, and from speaking with many of my family and friends, they too are having similar experiences. The best thing we can do during this time is to just breathe and be easy on ourselves. Let the energies do their thing without trying to analyze everything, knowing that the less resistance we create the much easier the process will be!

On a global scale, the Earth is shifting! We are all extensions of her, so if we are shifting so is she! What is currently happening might appear a bit difficult at times, yet just know that it is all perfect as it is. This current cycle is setting the foundations I mentioned in the previous forecast for our very new realities based on the heart-centered way of living and being. After the integration of this current wave of light, we will find ourselves feeling refreshed and brand new (some are already feeling this!) We will begin to feel more connected to everything and everyone around us. A huge energetic opening will also occur in the heart resulting in our feeling more loving, respectful, and understanding towards ourselves and others. Get ready for some miraculous times ahead both in your life and for the planet!

Energy Forecast - Foundations

Blessings my miraculous friend,

A powerful opportunity is being presented to each one of us at this time where we are being asked to pause and delve deeper within ourselves than we have ever gone before to fully connect with our truest selves. For many, this might feel a bit uncomfortable and foreign, because we've patterned ourselves to always be on the lookout for the next thing to fill our time and keep us busy. These patterns have been ingrained in us to such a degree, that many of us find ways to keep busy because we find it challenging to be still and do nothing. What many of us have not been told is that some of the most miraculous insights, revelations, and ideas that are waiting to be birthed through us come from those moments where we pause and do nothing. Some of the greatest inventions and artistic creations of all time came to fruition only when their creators took time to pause and be still. After we allow ourselves to get quiet enough to receive these divine insights, we can then take the inspired action necessary to anchor them into our daily experiences. So, I invite you to use this time to quiet the outside noise around you, put your boredom aside, and connect with your inner most authentic self.

In the previous energy forecast, I mentioned we are in a cycle of re-connections. After the reconnection cycle, a period of pause follows to give us time to reflect, nurture, love, and care for ourselves. We are being gifted this time as an opportunity to build our foundations. The most important foundation we can create for ourselves is to deeply nurture and love ourselves. This is our number one priority. As a society, we have been conditioned to always put ourselves last for the sake of pleasing others in order for them to like us. This usually results in an over exhausted psyche leading to resentments and disappointments, due to the fact that we end up always running on empty barely having anything left for ourselves. When we re-shift our focus to nurturing, loving, and giving to ourselves first, we feel satisfied. We no longer rely on others to satisfy or fill a void within us, because we're already filled, which frees us from expectations and disappointments. We begin to live in such overflow of love for ourselves, that by the simple act of showing up in the lives of those around, we inspire and empower them more than we could have ever imagined, even if we/they are not consciously aware of it at the time. This is a very powerful concept that will positively transform the interconnectedness of humanity forever, and I am excited to say that we have been moving in this direction at lightning speed.

By using this powerful time of stillness to build our rock solid foundations through self-love and self-care, we prepare ourselves for even bigger quantum shifts forward that are soon to follow.

Energy Forecast - Reconnections

In my previous energy forecast, I mentioned that on January 15th a powerful celestial event would occur with a full solar eclipse and new moon taking center stage. This event signified another powerful anchor point that would trigger a quantum shift in consciousness.

Before we move forward in full force, a powerful reconnection is taking place for everyone on an individual and global scale. What does this reconnection look like in our own personal lives? Some manifestations people might be experiencing right now are transitions in their jobs, feeling tired, anxious, emotional, lonely, and more hungry than usual. This is all perfect, as it is a part of the reconnection process aligning us to the new more heart-centered way of living and being.

Another wonderful manifestation occurring right now as a result of the reconnection process is our reunions with old friends and loved ones that we have not heard from, seen, or thought about in a very long time. These people we were once very close to are re-entering our thoughts, hearts, and lives, as if they never even left. This time around, we are experiencing these people in a completely different way. It’s as if all the good qualities we remember about them have completely erased any discord or misunderstandings that might have occurred in the past between us. If we were ever in doubt that forgiveness had not been achieved by us towards them, all those doubts will disappear when the reunion happens. Many of us will also connect with new people who we have never met before feeling a strong and instant bond with them as if we’ve always known each other. During these re-connections, we will operate from a more authentic place, making way for deeper connections and transformations to manifest.

On a global scale, we can see the reconnection in full bloom as the world comes together and opens its heart to help heal a close family member, the country of Haiti. With this out pouring of love and assistance Haiti is receiving right now, a powerful global unified energy field has formed and is creating the perfect environment for a major quantum leap in collective consciousness, bringing us even closer to the heart-centered global society that is currently being birthed.

For those who are still struggling or having a difficult time right now, try to find a way to move back into the heart space. Be willing to let the flow of the Universe guide and unburden you of all worries and fear based belief patterns. A few simple things we can do to help us move back to our heart space is to be out in nature, listen to beautiful music, meditate, forgive, laugh, and be creative. The sooner we allow ourselves to move back into the heart, the more quickly we reconnect ourselves with the Universal Flow, opening ourselves up to the miracles that are being sent to us on a daily basis.

Energy Forecast - A Love Revival

A powerful love revival is happening all around us on a personal and global scale at this time! Can you feel it? It's so exciting I can barely contain myself! These energies are brewing up something far greater than we can imagine, and we each have a front row seat to one of the greatest shows on earth!

On January 15th, a celestial event will occur with a full a solar eclipse complimented by a new moon. On an energetic level, this event will usher new beginnings allowing us to easily let go of all that no longer serves us, and to step into the highest visions we have for ourselves. If there is anything still keeping us in a holding pattern, it's important to take a moment to connect with our inner voice, and ask to receive clarity and guidance in how we can re-align ourselves with the Universal Flow. Many of us tend to get caught up in the day to day fast paced "I just don't have enough time" kind of life, and forget to slow down and get present enough to listen to our inner guidance system, which sends us constant insights and message of how to remain in alignment and experience a bliss-ed life.

Opportunities are presenting themselves left and right on a constant basis for us now, it's just a matter of being able to be clear and present enough to recognize them! The current energies are in full support of helping us manifesting our highest visions for ourselves, so let's use this miraculous time to focus on anchoring these visions into our life experience!

Transformational Times - First energy forecast

Peace & blessings everyone!

I am so excited to begin this incredible journey with all of you! For a while now, I have been intuitively guided to share some insights and updates of what is going on energetically both on the macro (global) and micro (individual) levels. Ever since I could remember, I've had a strong intuitive connection to all that Is and have been so humbled with the ability to receive guidance from an expanded Universal awareness outside of day to day personal life experience. Of course we all have this ability and gift, and a big reason I am writing these energy forecasts is to inspire you to also connect with your gifts and abilities. I look forward to posting energy forecasts that will serve to shed some understanding and light for you in these miraculous times!

And so the first Energy Forecast begins...

As 2010 begins, we are being asked more than ever to release and hand over all that no longer serves us in regards to our highest good. The same thing is happening on a global level. Energies such as resentments, grudges, lack, limitation, attachments, victim consciousness, guilt, fear, or any other vibrations not in alignment with the One/Unity Consciousness are literally being pulled out from the depths of our core and are being cleared out once and for all. Although it might not feel the most comfortable at times for those who still have a bit to clear, this process is absolutely necessary in anchoring the new heart-centered way of living and being. When these uncomfortable energies arise, it is beneficial to see the fact that they are coming up into our awareness is a blessing, because it just means they are coming up to be resolved which is a wonderful sign that incredible breakthroughs are soon to follow. The key is to not attach ourselves to the energies as they come up, and to just be easy on ourselves while allowing them to move on through.

In January, integrity, authenticity, and love will begin to emerge even more as the new ways of being on an individual and collective basis. If at times this seems challenging to see and feel, just know that we are in a time of transition, and what we are witnessing is the clearing of the out-dated limited programs that once had a good grasp on us as a society for thousands of years, so it's only expected that when this energy loses its grasp, it will try to hold on for dear life until the transformation is complete, which is currently manifesting. Witnessing this serves as a great reminder to check in with ourselves to see if we are being our true authentic selves in the world. Of course the Universe is always neutral and honors our decisions no matter what, however because the current cycle is in full bloom of One/Unity consciousness, aligning with this energy provides for a much more euphoric life experience.

The energy of January is also one of continuous personal/global transformation and movement. When we allow ourselves to align with the Universal Flow, things will seem to just fall into place for us! There are many ways to align ourselves with the flow of the Universe. Some wonderful ways are by being creative, playing, gratitude, focusing on the blessings in our lives, being of service, laughter, forgiveness, celebration, music, and body movement are just a few to name! When we take a step back and observe what is happening around us, it's very clear that we are all truly in a time of unprecedented transformation!
